INSTRUCTION:
Place the frozen soup in a microwave and heat for 4-6 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Or place the frozen soup in a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat not the stove.

Beef, Beetroot, Potato, Carrots, Onions, Cabbage, Tomatoes.
